joelspace sandwich:

I decided to make myself ham/cheese/mustard/lettuce/tomato sandwich today and realized there were no tomatos. With no tomatos the mixture would be a bit too dry. So I looked for a substitute with the same texture. Grapes! They did the trick wonderfully. Just cut them in half and pack em in.

A good colby cheese goes with everything. A slice on cold apple pie or a cold brownie is particularly lovely. A good cheese is a wonderful wonderful thing. And nothing’s better than fresh, squeaky cheese curds with apple cider.
Kirstin:
Roll big marshmallows in melted butter and cinnamon sugar. Then roll those guys up in crescent rolls, seal the edges and repeat with the butter and cinnamon sugar. Bake according to crescent roll directions. Make sure you seal them well or all the gooey goodness leaks out. Dicing up little pieces of granny smith apple and pushing them into the marshmallows before rolling them in the butter and cinnamon makes it tastey too. And then you can say it’s healthy.
