I see great value in organizing an event like this; however, I don’t see many specific “anti-abortion” groups to whom this would appeal. I’m not sure what the catch is; I’ve thought 1) having a broader base might mean less resources with which to influence the abortion issue specifically, 2) getting involved in other pro-life issues could compromise the ideological base of the movement, or 3) protecting the unborn may reach a different standard for some than protecting the born, because they are innocent and not a “victim of their own circumstances”.
Kudos for your efforts to “redeem” the March. Besides education, how can we encourage a more wholistic view of protecting life?
