Your honesty is overwhelming. It is really had to talk about the darkness you have described. Hang in there and cling to the good things you see. In my dark time, a small squirrel scampering daily around my neighbors tree kept me looking out the window. But as you said, it is really hard to give advice. But on the other hand, there is help available. Don’t overlook talking to professionals who might be able to help you with medication or just advise. Help is out there so if you are able to talk on line, try to talk to someone else too. Hang in there. I will be thinking about you and praying for your load to get even lighter!
