Summer is here and that means the concert season is in full swing. What are some of the concerts you really want to attend? What are the great ones you’ve seen this summer?

So far, I was priveleged to see Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Beck and Pearl Jam. I wasn’t going to see Radiohead until I heard the new album and now I think it’s a must! Has anyone seen the Deftones? Their new album sounds awesome. How about Dylan and The Dead?

I saw Daniel Lanois a couple of days ago for Canada Day in Ottawa. The concert was mistimed so he kept playing through the firworks, which was amazing!

I am totally jealous!

I saw Gillian Welch, who was very good, and Tracy Chapman in a great venue—a mountain winery. Excellent.
