Joy (The "Elizabeth" is silent.) has lived in seven states and one province. Currently, she resides in Michigan with her husband, where they're active participants in the local food community. Her interests include food studies, literature, writing, theology, womens' studies, theatre arts, and several failed attempts at gardening. (But she keeps trying.)
